We are a leading supplier of ticket consumables across many global countries. The quantity of stock that we supply allows us to pass on competitive discounts to the end user. In addition to this we offer an exceptionally priced ticket design service, in which we liase with you to design and create ticket stock that is personalised to your company or event. We can include your corporate graphics and any relevant information that you may want printed on the back of the ticket. In addition to the artwork there is a range of security features available such as UV strips and holograms.

Machine Rental

Our hugely popular rental service delivers ticket machines that are pre programmed to your exact requirements right to your door. The machines are supplied in advance of the event, to allow for any practice and necessary training that you may require. The machines come complete with ample ticket stock to see you through the event. And at the end of the event, you simply box the machines and we will arrange for the courier to bring the machines back to us.

POS Accessories

We have thoroughly tested a whole host of point of sale equipment so that Totem® ticket machines can provide you with a complete one-stop solution. We have selected a low cost, durable range of equipment that includes cash drawers, customer display units, scanners and receipt printers. We are pleased to be able to provide a "ready to use" solution straight to your point of sale.

Service & Maintenance

All of our equipment comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, after the warranty has elapsed we offer a comprehensive maintenance agreement that leaves you with peace of mind that any problems will be resolved with minimal fuss, and will be dealt with preferentially. Included in the maintenance we also offer fully qualified technical and software support from our in-house support desks.

Price Configuration

When you receive any Totem® ticket machine it will contain all the price settings and ticket information pre-programmed for your convenience. We will also work with you to decide what information you want displayed on the ticket, such as company slogans or marketing messages.
