Service & Maintenance

All of our equipment comes with a manufacturer's warranty, after the warranty has elapsed we offer a comprehensive maintenance agreement that leaves you with peace of mind that any problems will be resolved with minimal fuss, and will be dealt with preferentially. Included in the maintenance we also offer fully qualified technical and software support from our in-house support desks.

Rental Service

Our hugely popular rental service can deliver to you a fully configured access control system with turnstile barriers that are ready to plug and play. The equipment is supplied in advance of your event, to allow for any necessary training that you may require. And at the end of the event, we will arrange to bring the equipment back to us.

Consultation

We are able to advise you about your exact requirements, and offer our expertise with regards to issues like Disability Discrimination Act compliance, crowd dynamics, and health and safety.
